The bikes were excellent, well-serviced and perfectly suited for our trip and all at a reasonable price. You provided everything we needed and ensured that the bikes were ready to go when you dropped them off. We were very impressed by how welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable you were. You had a lot of knowledge about the the local area, great restaurant/cafe suggestions and rail trail tips. Did a cycle as family of 4 ( couple with 7yo and 10yo boys) from Beechworth to Yackandandah using bikes from this company.

Our experience with the Bike Hire company was top notch- bikes were great and were serviced before the ride (I think this is their normal practice which is great), the company clearly had great local knowledge acquired over time, the advice given before every step of experience was very practical and best of all, the communications on email before the day of the ride was very timely and expedient.

The bikes were great – comfortable and in great condition, and the shuttle service you provided from Milawa to Beechworth was the perfect solution to the problem of how to get back up that hill!!. The fact that we had such amazing weather added to the pleasure of it all.
